Training Overview Description

This class is designed for new care coordinators not yet certified. You will need to take this course before taking Care Coordination Core Units offered by Senior and Disability Services.

This five-hour course is designed to be interactive and provide attendees the opportunity to participate in discussions. Topics to be covered include: Ethics, How to Serve Someone with a Disability, Advocacy, and Person Centered Planning, and Skills of Interaction.

Event-specific Details

Face to Face Information: This training will be delivered as a face to face presented training. Breaks will be held throughout the training and there is a an hour lunch scheduled approximately 12 noon to 1:00 pm.
