Print and complete the registration form at
Mail the completed form and a check for the required amount to: RADACT 3901 Old Seward Hwy, Suite 8 Anchorage, AK 99503. Once RADACT receives your Online Course Registration Form and your check for the course, RADACT will email your personal password number and the website address to access the course to you. When you sign in to the online course the first time, you will need your name as you filled it out on the Online Course Registration Form and the password number you recieved in the email. Once you are logged in to the course, you will find instructions to complete the course.
