Join us for our 8-week Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction Class! This class is designed to relax, center and balance the body and mind by teaching you various Mindfulness techniques to better handle stress.

There will be a FREE orientation session for the 8-week Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction class on 09/17/19 from 6:00pm-8:00pm. The regular 8-week class will be every Tuesday from 6:00pm-9:00pm, 09/24/19-11/19/19. Class location: Spirit Path Yoga, 505 W. Northern Lights Blvd., Anchorage, AK 99503
