Description

Training will use the Society of Indian Psychologists Commentary on the American Psychological Association Code of Ethics to illustrate pitfalls using Western based ethics with Indigenous populations. Discussion of ways to increase efficacy by working respectfully with Indigenous populations. Training will provide participants knowledge needed to critically and accurately evaluate Evidence Based Practice, provide and document cultural adaptations, and document the development of their own EBP.
