How can I get help using the Alaska CACHE?

Alaska CACHE is supported by Alaska's AHEC program. AHEC staff are available for technical assistance and support. How can I print a list of trainings or details of a specific training event?

All Alaska CACHE pages are available in printer-friendly versions. Simply print from your browser.

Does the Alaska CACHE provide online registration and payment for the training events listed on the site?

Yes, select trainings are available for registration and payment. CE Providers interested in using the online registration and payment function of the Alaska CACHE should contact AK CACHE Staff.

How can a health professional track their CE credits?

The Alaska CACHE features an e-Portfolio available to all members which tracks completed trainings and self-reported trainings. When logged in, the e-Portfolio function is available through the Account Menu.

I forgot my password. Type your username or email address. An email will be sent to you with your username and a link to the password reset process. If you are still unable to login contact AK CACHE Staff

Who can submit a training?

Any organization or facility that conducts trainings or continuing education for Alaska’s Health Professionals may submit them to the catalog.

How do I submit a training?

You must join the Alaska CACHE then click the Submit a Training icon at the top of the page or from the menu on your Account page. Trainings will be reviewed and approved by AK CACHE Staff before appearing in the catalog.

Does it cost anything to be a member of the site or post a training?

There is no cost to join the site. Anyone can currently post trainings to the catalog at no charge. If you wish to use the system to manage your event (registrations, payments, attendance tracking) please contact the AK CACHE Staff to discuss the fees to use these higher level functions of the site.

Does the Alaska CACHE certify the CE/CME credits?

The Alaska CACHE does not certify or verify any CE/CME credits. It is the responsibility of the CE Provider to obtain the appropriate approvals for their trainings and the participant to verify their acceptance with their licensing board. The Alaska AHEC does on occasion provide or co-provide trainings and will apply for credits when appropriate for these events. You may contact them at uaa_ahec@uaa.alaska.edu if you need assistance with CE credits for your event.
